Brian tried to yell up at the giant from the pocket but got no response. He heard the room door slam, and then the giant’s fingers entered the pocket to fish him out. The giant sat Brian down on the arm of the couch, and then took his Hawaiian shirt and khakis off and draped them nearly over a chair.
The giant walked over in nothing but his tighty whities and sat on the couch, his mammoth arm resting near Brian.
“Who the hell doesn’t prefer boxers. Apparently this guy,” Brian thought.
“I had a bust last night,” the giant said. “This cute blonde comes up to me at the bar, asks if I’ll shrink her and blow smoke on her. So I agree. Probably smoked five cigarettes in fifteen minutes, and this chick is eating it up. Then l’m all like ‘why don’t we go back to my room,’ and she declines. Boy I tell ya.”
“She… she wanted you to blow smoke on her?”
“Oh I blow smoke on all of ‘em whether they want it or not. But she wanted it and didn’t follow through.”
Brian was not a fan of smoking. He couldn’t imagine being shrunk by a woman who smoked. His thoughts were interrupted by the click of a lighter, and be saw a cigarette dangling from the giant’s lips. The giant pinched Brian between his thumb and forefinger and lifted him up. He took a drag off of his cigarette and blew the smoke at Brian. Brian immediately began coughing.
“See just like that. Of course they’re usually six times your size, so I got my fist wrapped around them instead of just holding them between my finger tips.”
The giant took another drag and again blew smoke on Brian.
“They all learn to love it,” the big man said.
Brian did not love it at all. But he didn’t say anything, a certain fear came with arguing with someone who was 70 times your size.
“I could use a guy your size back home. Just toss you in my pocket and boom, instant buddy. Just pull you out and shoot the shit.”
“Thank God the shrinking is limited to the resort,” Brian thought.
The giant man started rolling Brian around between his fingers.
“I like how tiny you are. I’m glad I grabbed you.”
“It doesn’t bother you I’m a man?” Brian asked.
“Well I wasn’t looking for no man, but I found what I found,” the giant laughed. “Why don’t you try to get some sleep?” The giant asked, placing Brian on a couch pillow.
“Not a bad idea,” Brian replied. If the giant was right when Brian woke up he’d be back to normal.
