“A lot of people think that getting fat is about gorging on pizza and sweets and the like.” He explained. “But the real key is to eat constantly, and not get so full and bloated from any one meal that you don’t want to eat for a long period of time.”
“What should I eat?” You ask.
“Whatever you like, really.” He said. “But dense, high calorie foods will work the best. Do you like peanut butter?”
“It’s OK.” You reply.
“You’ll like these.” He offered, pulling out a box with little brown globs. “The primary ingredient is peanut butter, but they have chocolate chips and some other things as well. The best part is that they’re small and have about 100 calories a piece in them.”
You take one of the globs, which is just a little smaller than a golf ball, and pop it into your mouth. “Not bad.”
“Keep these with you all of the time.” He said, handing you a box of 20. “Any time you even think about food and it’s not a mealtime, have some.”
You have another right away.
“But it is mealtime, now, so what would you like?” He asked. “You’ll get fatter faster if you like the food you’re eating.”
