Pizza for dinner

Clara picks up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hi baby, it's Mommy. I'm at Aunt Jade's house. Is everything okay there?" Clara sighs with relief.
"Yes mommy. What time are you getting back?"
"Soon. I will be bringing home a pizza, what kind do you want?" Clara thinks hard.
"How about a pizza with everything on it except anchovies?" Clara's mother laughs and agrees. Clara waits patiently, as always. When her mother and father get home, they all sit at the table to eat the pizza.
"How was your day sweetie?" Clara tries to tell her Daddy how her day was, but she can't breath. Her face is slowly turning blue. What's wrong with her?
