wakes up cold and hurt

The next morning he wakes up, cold, and hurt. His back hurts from sleeping on the hard playground all night long, and hes freezing from being out in the cold. Plus it seems a bug has given him a couple of bites while he was sleeping....He sits up and crawls out of the tunnel. The sun is shining, and it is bright and warm out now.
