Your father asks for a bit of a weight reductio...

You're not sure if the wish doubled his original weight of about 350 or his upper weight of 400 lbs, what ever it is he's absolutely massive. As the weight slows down, your father gives a low whistle.
"Okay kid....I believe you now!" your father sits down, his wider behind taking up two chairs worth of space as you approach with the powder. Your father looks at your hand and smiles with delight. "Hey kiddo, give me that powder. I'm going to fatten you up good!"
You chuckled as you explain to your father how to use the powder.
He smiled and took the glass with his hugely thickened hand and took a sip, "Now, how big do I want my young champ here to grow? This belly is a bit big for me to handle. I think I know what to do. I wish (IYNH) took ___ lbs of my weight."
