You're on the computer and the phone rings and your Dad calls your name from downstairs. You pick up the phone and say," Hello."
"Hey (insert your name here)," says Charlie.
"Hey," you smile.
"I'm just phoning to let you know that you're my new assistant," says Charlie.
"Cool," You cheer, being careful not to shout into the phone.
"Yeah," Charlies says," you beat out a 50 year old man."
"Oh," you answer.
"So I'll see you tomorrow at Barbs Gym," says Charlie," at 1 o'clock."
"Right," you answer," what should I bring?"
"Just shorts and a t-shirt," Charlie smiles," and your brain."
"Kinda hard not to bring the brains," you joke," they can't leave my head."
"Good to hear," Charlie says," see ya tomorrow."
"Bye," you answer and hang up the phone and jump into the air and shout," YES!"
You head downstairs and tell your folks the good news and your Dad is happy with your new employment, he hopes it'll beef you up.
The rest of the night goes by slowly.
The Next Day
You're charged and ready to go at 9, and you know you have to wait until 1 o'clock, so you watch some TV, play a few video games, check your e-mail, peek into Mike's room to see he's snoring as loud as your dad.
Then finally 12:30 arrives. It's about a 10 minute walk to Barbs Gym. Should you get there early? or arrive on time?
