Dads and wieghts

"There's just 1 more thing," Ryan says after each of you told everything about each other.
"What?" you ask.
"My Dad's a big guy," Ryan starts," a really big guy at 280 pounds."
"If that's big, my Dad's huge," you joke.
"Huh?" asks Ryan.
"My Dad is 370 pounds," you answer," he's a big guy and likes being that way, same with my brother."
"Ok," Ryan says," that will be a refreshing change."
"How come?" you ask.
"My Dad hates how fat he's become," Ryan answers," I know it's not much, but he obsesses over it a lot. So don't be surprised if he comes to you and asks if you'd like to take a jog or lift with him."
"I'll help your Dad," you reassure Ryan," I just hope you like to eat, because if you don't.... my mom will take it as an insult."
"No worries there," Ryan smiles.
"I'm ready," Swizzle says coming into view.
You get up and follow Swizzle to the back room and discover that Swizzle will use....what to switch you two's body's?
