Sitting on the bench

With the Wishing Powder in one bag and your new CD in the other you decide you have to use the Wishing Powder. You stop by a bench in the mall and sit down and take out the Wishing Powder bottle and read the instructions:

Instructions for Wishing Powder:
-Mix small amount of powder with 1 glass of liquid.
-Stir.
-Drink.
-Think or say wish you want to come true.

Be careful what you wish for.

'Pretty easy instructions,' you think to yourself. You decide you want to use it right away. But where should you go to get some water or pop or juice to use the Wishing Powder with?
