Move around to try to get her attention.

You struggle with all you have against her warm flesh. After a few minutes of flailing, you start to become extremely tired. However, it begins to sound like it is paying off. You can begin to hear her voice far above you.
"I wonder what's bothering me down there. I should take a look."
Relieved, you relax and wait for her to check on the 'bother'. Soon, you see some bright light and feel her gigantic mountains shuffle. You are suddenly dropped onto the tip of her massive finger. Air rushes by you as she brings you directly in front of her enormous blue eye...
