Ninja to the Rescue!

Everyones favorite Ninja strolls down the street past her friend Hillary's and notices a roar of tears. "Hmm I wonder whats wrong?" She walks in and upstairs and finds a waif Hillary crying on the bathroom floor "Hilly what's wrong your...skinny?!?!" stil lsobbing hillary spoke "I took these pills ~sniff~ and the first time ~sniff~ they made me really fat. ~sniff~ but this time, they made me like this waaaaaahh....." she continued crying. Saka picked her up "Come now Hilly we can fix this, hmm let me try these pills..." She takes one and instantly becomes hungry. She gourges for the rest of the day and doses off. The next morning...
