Under the Eyes

You're lying on a comfortable white sheet. Above you hangs the face of a goddess, the world to you. Her dark skin is offset by her gleaming, bright eyes that are focussed solely on you.

"It's waking up!" she shouts, nearly deafening you in the process. Her head tilts away to one side, and you are exposed to a giant ear in place of a face.

What should you do now?
