Kim is massive

You pull up in front of Kims house and you see her come out. She is very very big. She has a sheet wrapped around her. She walks down the sidewalk with no trouble at all, like she has always been this big.

Kim before the gain was skinny as a post. 5'1" 100 lbs even. Her hair is long, straight and black, about mid way down her back. She had no tits at all before.

Now she looked like she was 7'3" and 700 lbs of fattened flesh. Her tits and belly took a lot of the gain. Her belly was mega huge along with her tits. Her gut was well over 150 inches and her tits were right up there with her gut.

You get out of the SUV and open the back of the truck for Kim. You say, "Morning Kim. How are you feeling?" Kim answers back, "Surprizingly well all things considered!" She says smiling and grabbing her belly and shaking it. You laugh and say, "Well I think you look great, you needed to put on some weight. And if the news about womens IQs hitting genius levels from this you should feel fine." Kim pats you on the head and says, "Awww you are such a flirt. Thank you and yes my IQ has increased. My mind is just racing with new ideas. I will tell you more at the morning meeting."

Kim hops in back of the SUV, there was no way she would fit anywhere else. You all head off to work.
