Backwards

You figure to turn the knob backwards before the 18th hour. So you turn, after a couple of turns you begin to feel weird. Thats when you look at a mirror and see your clothes had changed and not just that but you looked 2 years younger. It then occured to you, that the reason why the numbers were like that. This watch could control your age and since you turned the knob 2 times back, you were now 16 and of course your clothes changed as well.

After thinking about it, you..

1. turn the knob back some more

2. Move the knob foward a bit at least till you were 18 again
