You gently stroke the struggling mass of your belly, bumps rising and falling as your meal squirms within, your meal...
"LAURA!" you gasp, the hunger leaving you suddenly. "Oh god! I told you, I TOLD you I couldn't resist you!"
You pause. Maybe you can help her? Maybe it's not too late? Then you realise the tight shapes of her body seen through your skin means there is no air in there! She's suffocating!
"Hang on Laura!" you say, and begin gulping heavily, trying to get air down to her.
It takes a while, but slowly the lumps in your belly get smoother as your belly stretches, more filled with air. It's hard not to just burp it up, but you manage and soon your belly is a taught round (and still shaking) ball.
"Are you OK in there Laura?"
