Mihoshi's mistake

"Mihoshi! Shhhhh!" Kiyone whispered harshly to her partner.
"Sorry Kiyone" Mihoshi replied as she picked up the device she had knocked off the table.
"Hey Kiyone, what do you think this is?" Mihoshi asked while fiddling around with the device.
"I don't know but put it down before Washu hears us! We have to replace this money we borrowed before she finds out its gone."

Too late, Mihoshi has accidently pressed a switch on the device and it begins to whirr, it starts to vibrate and then a blue beam shoots out.

Who gets hit by the beam and shrinks?
