Experiment Gone Wrong?

It was a beautiful day as Goku flew over to Bulma's house. She said she had some kind of new invention that would "revolutionize the world as we know it". In a few moments he got there. He walked into the house and down a hallway to Bulma's laboratory. He turned the corner into the laboratory and a bright light flashed in his eyes. When it cleared he saw a strange gun type thing in the center of the room. No one seemed to be in the room.
"I wonder where Bulma is?" Goku wondered. "And what is that gun thing?"
Suddenly a strange tinging erupted all over his body and he started to grow.
