"Coming mommy" Sarah calls back sealing Jenna's prison. "I'll be right back be good and I'll bring you food" she added to her sister as she left.
Jenna tried to escape but the cage proved her match with the lock and only gate on top and the bars being too smooth to climb. Defeated and dejected Jenna laid down on the wood chipped floor and thought "mom's been distant since dad left she'd eventually realize I'm missing but she's just gonna make excuses say I'm at a friends house for the first few days and then she'll send out the police" Jenna told herself but that didn't cheer her up. "They'll look all over town but they'll never look in Sarah's hamster cage" she said sadly.
At that moment the bedroom door opened and Sarah came in with a cracker and small plate "hi Jenna" she greeted happily as she put the plate on her bed. Sarah crushed the cracker in her hand and let in fall on the plate "hi Jenna" she repeated a little angry this time.
"Hi Sarah" Jenna said back quietly.
Sarah walked over to Jenna and opened her prison "you don't have to stay in the cage you know" she said much to Jenna surprise.
"I don't?" Jenna asked hopefully.
"But if I let you out I get to take you everywhere" said Sarah smiling.
"Take me everywhere?" asked Jenna.
"Yeah" said Sarah as she grabbed a pair of pajamas from her closet "like mommy said it's bath time so you can stay in the cage with your food or I can let you out and you can come with me and after we get clean you can eat your dinner in bed with me" Sarah explained.
