Chapter #4

The Dressing Room

Isabelle runs around the castle looking for her parents. She finds Queen Jasmine in her dressing room, putting her hair up in a bun. Isabelle stands leaning against the door frame, waiting for her mum to turn around and see her. When Queen Jasmine turns around, she starts reeling off questions asking "why arn't you getting ready?" and other similar things. Isabelle isn't going to let this opportunity go, like she has with so many others and says to her mum " Why do I have to go? I would much rather stay here." Queen Jasmine looks at Isabelle and decides that the girl looks a bit feverish and tells her that she can stay home but has to stay in her room. Queen Jasmine goes to the ball and excuses her daughter, by mentioning that she had seemed a bit sick.
