the truth revealed

Venessa stared at the tall figure standing before her and cannot believe her eyes. Tears continued to flow as the truth sunk in.
" Trevor? why...?"

Trevor leans in close.
"Why? All the questions you could ask....you ask why? I'll tell you."
He walks behind her and whispers in her ear.

"The gold. I'm here for the gold."
Her eyes grew with fear and alarm.
" Blake knows where it is. You know where he is. You tell me....and I'll spare his miserable life."

Trevor walks around and faces her. " Do we have a deal?"
Vanessa spits in his face.

Trevor stands with a look of fury on his face.
He looks at Jake and says "bring him in!"

Jake exits the cabin as Trevor whirls her around to face the door.
"You're willing to die to protect blake. I respect that. But will you let him do the same?"

Vanessa sees the door open as 3 large guards drag Mike in and make him kneel before her.
"Mike! NO!!"
"Jake...give me your pistol."

Vanessa sees Trevor grab the gun and walk behind Mike, who is being held down by the two bulky guards.
"now Vanessa, you get to decide. Will you tell me where Blake and my gold are hidden?
If you don't, you get to watch me put a bullet between your brothers eyes!"

Mike looks at her.
"Don't you dare...i'll never forgive you if you betray Blake."
"Mike....."

"i'll count to three....one"
"Mike please!"
"This is bigger than me...stay firm!"

"TWO........"
Trevor aims the gun at Mikes head.
