Trevor runs to get help

Trevor watched as the tree limb crashed against the lodge. He knew that he had to get help, so he turned around and began to run back to the town. The rain pelted him and the wind buffeted his coat; Trevor feared that he would freeze to death. He reached for his cell phone as he ran, and brought it out. Dialing 9-1-1, he turned around and began to run back to the lodge.
"Hello, what's your emergency?" asked the 9-1-1 operater.
"I need help! A huge tree limb just crashed down into this lodge! Please send help!" Trevor was near panic.
"Okay," said the operator, "We'll be there shortly."
Sure enough, five minutes later, the fire department arrived. Their truck pulled up and three people jumped out with those huge pliers that Trevor seemed to remember were nicknamed "the jaws of life". They ran up to the building and began crushing the walls of the lodge. Soon they were in, and they came right back out with terrified people at their heels.
The fire department people were also carrying a man who seemed to be only half-conscious. Trevor ran towards where his car was parked, and drove away.
