A Mage?

Snape's eyes widened in fright. "I'm stuck like this?"
"Yes... unfortunately" Dumbledore said somberly, looking at Snape from above the rim of his half-moon spectacles.
"Will I... ever be adult again?" He choked out
"No, you will not, in it's own way, that potion is the ultimate, lasting elixir of life, but, you will always be six. However, your magic will not have changed power, you are still just as much of a mage as you ever were."
Hermione had been listening to this conversation, growing ever more sceptical, but now she sat up straight. A mage? And, of course, I will look after you.
Hermione couldn't help wondering, though, exactly what sort of mage he was...
