His flat stomach blew up into a fat spare tire, even as he suddenly developed fat boy boobs, fat thick arms, a thick neck, a massive butt and thick thighs. Even his fingers and toes got fat! His clothes got tighter and tighter, then ripped apart. After a minute, the changes stopped.
