Jenn, smiling smuggly, feeling the power of nothing short of a God in her beautiful hands, walked with a purpose to her morning science class. It was totally filled with little nerds for her to rid the world of. They didn't deserve to live, anyway...always thinking they were so amazing because they knew the periodic tables(or whatever they were called) and completley ignoring HER superior nature. They sat in that class with her laughing at her when she got a wrong answer, not realising they were mocking a Goddess. She had always known that she was just that, a Goddess, and now she had proof. The remote had come to her, and now she would prove her divine natures to those puny mortals.
People in the halls avoided her, knowing the normal routine. When Jenn walked down the hall, you got out of the way. The roads were hers, anything she wanted was hers, lest she destroy you. Jenn had an uncanny ability to make anyone believe anything about anyone else, and had destroyed more than one persons reputation in her day. Now, she had the power to take thier dignity away. She could now end thier lives beneath her feet like bugs, beneath her notice. She didn't even acknowledge the insects around her as she walked, her mind focusing on reigning her divine terror upon the nerds in her science class.
One girl forgot the rules, Brittany Daniels, the captain of the cheerleading squad and a rival of Jenns. Jenn detested physical activity beyond staying fit and tan, and the athletic Brittany was considered by some to be the hottest girl in school. To Jenn, this was blasphemy, especially now. Brittany bravely stood her ground as the vicious girl strode majestically her way, and without saying a word, Jenn shrank her down to a quarter of an inch tall and, without going out of her way or looking down, trod upon the girl, who couldn't even scream as Jenn's sandaled foot squished her into nothing. Jenn smiled to herself, but then it faded, already forgetting the girl. In the end, Brittanys' destiny was to be an insigifigant stain on the sole of Jenns' shoe, not even worthy of Jenns' effort or memory.
Jenn walked into the science class with a flourish into the class with a laugh. Everyone turned to look at her. She scanned the crowd, grinning ear to ear, and saw a few cute boys she knew, and even a friend of hers, the eccentric Becky who sat with a seat waiting for her. Becky smiled and waved, but Jenn ignored her. Becky was just another insect, like all the others now. She schooled with them, spoke to them, acknowledged them as other people. And, worse still, she believed Jenn to just be her FRIEND. At this moment, Jenn found it offensive that such an insignifigant creature would think that she was at all on equal footing with Jenn, her superior. Becky was her subject, too, and Becky should be taught a lesson.
"Is something funny, Ms.Jameson?" Miser Lumberd, a short, stout man with thick glasses, asked.
"Just this." Jenn said with a laugh and held down the shrink button on the remote, still set to 1/4 inches tall. She swung the remote in a wide arc, watching as all the pathetic children revealed thier true forms before her. Jenn shut the door behind her and slid a desk in front of it. She then stepped forward, regarding her new toys with hands on her hips, her right foot stuck out in front, cutting a figure that most models would envy. "Now...time for the REAL lesson to begin..."
