Gary looked about in confusion, his heart pumping hard within his chest. He didn't really know if it was from his morning jog or from what he was facing right now.. The whole forest seemed huge! He looked around in terror, noticing a root that he had almost tripped over for all the time he had been around.. Now it was looking like a strange train without doors..
He swallowed deeply, his mind starting to race as the new perspective started to sink in.. He was on the small run-up trail that he usually jogged on.. His clothing didn't seem to have shrink with him, so he was left in his fur.. Luckily he was a wolf so he easily handled the drifting winds that blew through the titanic forest.. Though they almost knocked him over when they hit him straight on.
"I gotta try and get out of here.." He realized, getting a chill even through the dark-grey cape of fur. He started running towards the side of the road, thinking that the big bushes and lush grass would provide him with some cover will he followed the road back to his home. The only alternative that he could think of to trying and get himself home was to wait by his clothes.. But to his knowledge he lived alone out here by the woods.
After running for almost an hour, he finally got to the end of the dirt-trail and started wandering along it, not even thinking of the ridiculous time it would take to get home at this size.
