You decide that staying on land would be an outrageous idea (since seagulls came to land, and they're just ravenous), and head out for the water.
As you run towards the water, something is making its way out of that water. It appears to be a sea turtle coming onto land. More specifically, a Kemp's ridley. Being the smallest of the sea turtles, it rarely makes its way to shore for egg-laying purposes. It's a rare sight indeed, almost poetically beautiful. It would be much better if you weren't snack sized, though. You think about dashing away, but perhaps it'd be a good time to observe the laying of the eggs. Maybe it will just pass you up and go do its thing. The decision, more or less, is yours.
