Chapter #7A new life free of her fear . . . by: Sonicrailin "What do you mean!?" Sally asked worriedly, sipping her cider to control her nerves.
"You're a unique case, honey," he said with that uncle tone of his. "Unlike my other 'clients', you have a pair of rather special situations to live with. One you're a princess, and not just of one simple kingdom, but of an entire planet, and so every single 'living' person virtually looks to you as ruler and whatnot. Plus, you live with the problem of a conquering despot who seaks to warp and mutate all that is suppose to be 'under your care' into lifeless metal scrat."
Sally's head drooped at the reminder of position as princess, and internally flinched as she remembered her thoughts about how her "subconcious" made her think about her "subjects should serve her". But she really felt depressed at being reminded of Robotnik and how she and the Freedom Fighters weren't making any head way at beeting him. "Please don't remind me of that," She said down heartedly. "I wake up every morning thinking about my status and my failior to bring an end to this war. And now these 'dreams' are . . . " She couldn't finish as her stomach started to knot up as her reasoning mind beet down the "inner" primal thoughts of consuming her friends.
"I understand, dear" he said comfertingly as he refilled her mug and encouraged her to sip it to settle her stomach. "That's what I'm trying to get to."
He starting stirring a cauldron Sally had failed to notice on the fire this whole time. She couldn't tell what was actually in it aside from what looked . . . and smelled like boiling nectar and honey.
"What's needed for such a situation is not some occational dream romping for temporary relief . . . " he clenched and squeezed his fist over the brew, opening it to pour a sparkling spice powder directly from his palm, "but rather something more life alteringly permanent."
"Permanent?!" she partly yelps/squeeks.
Before she drops her near-finished-plate of fritters and cider mug, he chuckles again and lifts them up with a pair of gentle vortexies.
"Heheheh, there's nothing to be afraid of. In fact, once you've gotten use to it and mastered a few abilities, I believe you'll really like it. And once you get to where you can use it against ol' tin-but . . . " he cracks a grin that reveals a set of devilish pearl/ivory teeth at the idea, "let's just say that'll not only make the war more interesting in your favor, but you'll be able to do what you've always been wanting to do."
Sally's eyes sparked at hearing this. Her mind racing with the possible meanings of those two statements. "What exactly are you going to do?"
"Oh, it isn't what I'm gonna do . . . but rather what you will choose to do to yourself . . . "
He draws her attention to the cauldron of brewing, sweet smelling liquids, where he uses a pair of spoon-tongs to pull out . . .
--[feel free to use my character, Sin-Ju, how you like . . . just remember that he's like the master of Fantastic Island blended with Freddie, the Wishmaster, and especially the Leprechaun. And that he is always a gentleman with his playmates and a nightmare for anybody who dares to mess with his playmates' enjoyment of their pleasures]-- indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
