I let out a loud yell as I let the rock go, feeling as if I had torn a limb off, but I felt fine almost immediately afterwards. In fact, I felt really great, although I was seeing doubles for some reason, like everything looked so sharp it was making a refraction. I could also hear so well, cars in the distance were ear piercingly loud to me.
"You alright?" Scott asked, as I woozily stepped towards him, getting my bearings back but also realizing that something had happened to me...
Somehow the rock had made me into some kind of super human. I felt stronger, faster, I could hear better, see better, smell better... etc.
