What kind of Rest Stop is this?

Mona sighs as she rides down the road, exhausted from her usual long day of work and school. However, she is unusually exhausted today, so she is forced to stop and rest so that she doesn't end up falling asleep while riding her moped. "Phew...now let's see..." she says, looking over a map of the local area. "That's funny...this rest stop isn't listed on the map..." she says, as she rolls up the map and looks around. She eventually comes across a listing of the accomodations at the rest stop.

Two in particular grab her attention: A hot spring, and a convience store/gas station.
