Rescue Mission and Secret Plans

Leon was on his way to rescuing Ashley. He just got done battling it out with a gigante, so he was pretty much used to bigger things out to kick his ass, but something else was in store for him.

Salazzar and Saddler have staged a fake rescue for Leon, dousing Ashley in a cloud of chemicals before sending her into a lightly guarded room. Her clothes and jewelry would grow along with her, as well as a tracking device in her sock.

The plan was simple: Have a big Ashley for Leon to deal with, and while he is distracted they can go along with their operation to spread their little parasites all over Europe, maybe even the world! This wasn't the original plan, but evil geniuses should always have a plan B.

Leon has no way of knowing this as he nears the room. He blasts a few guys down with his trusty boomstick before kicking down a door.

"This seems a little easy...they must have something in mind" Leon says into his radio thingy.

"Whatever it is, we can't risk Ashley getting harmed. Find her, and check the room for any explosives they might have planted" Hunnigan says.

"Hmmm....bomb their hostage to get rid of me? Not likely, but I'll check it out" Leon remarks as he walks further through the building.

Truth be told, bombs would have been effective in taking out Leon, but if word got out they he and Ashley were killed, the president would order tactical strikes and get the U.N. involved, so that was out of the question.

The growth though, was brilliant. Leon soon made it to Ashley's holding cell. It'll be a slow growth, but it will be a hell of a ride.
