You gape. The terms and conditions are unlike anything you've heard before. Apparently, pressing 2 again would seal the contract into permanence. It would also authorize a transaction of over a hundred thousand pounds. Luckily, you aren't poor, but that's still a lot. You decide it's worth it, anyway. You can always make more from the circus.

On the other hand, pressing 1 (cancel) is a viable option. That's a lot of money, and they didn't tell you why the gift was given. Which one to choose?
