I just finished reading "Invalid Item" , and I'd like to offer you the following comments.

Thoughts and Feelings

You have officially made me think of food in a very different way. Did not think you could make a story focused on food or the acts you do with food. It sounds like some interesting stories can come out of this.

Setting

Your intro definitely sets the tone of what kind of stories you are looking for. You make the reader curious and I know for myself, can't help but think of a story dealing with food.

Everything is very easy to read and understand. I like simple looking contests the most.

Awesome Moments

I love that you included an article for members who do not know how to post in bitem format to read. That is very good and informative. Saves on you receiving any unnecessary emails.

I also love the intro in which you describe what food means. Never took that approach with food.

Things to Improve

As I noticed from the post below, that people were not sure if poetry was allowed. Of course a quick addition of this in the above part would clarify things for future posters.

Overall

Congratulations on getting first place with this contest. I believe you definitely deserved it. Your idea is very interesting. Will come back to steal some recipes later.
