Hello Devil's Delight,

What a great classic horror story. I like it very much. This has the old time horror movie feel to it that just brings back fond memories.

I actually use to have nightmares about falling asleep in a cemetery and something like this happening. Only mine usually ended with getting eaten by zombies not bitten by a vampire. I think I prefer your version hehe.

I love the beginning of this tale when you describe Debbie's grief and not wanting to leave the graveside. That is so touching and I have experienced that myself so it rings true to life with me. Well done.

One minor suggestion would be maybe to add a bit of foreshadowing. Maybe Debbie could get a creepy feeling during the day from some tomb or grave. Or maybe she might get a chill down her spine at the thought of sun going down? Something to clue the reader that there is danger lurking somewhere.

Overall, I loved the story. I thought it was incredibly creepy and an enjoyable read. Thank you for sharing it and I can't wait to read more from you in the future.
