*Shamrock*Great work! This poem is short, but no less impacting for it. You have managed to convey a lot with these short lines, and I salute you for that! Your POV is not from the mentioned person, but you still manage to convey enough emotion to make the piece believable, with your fine words.The only suggestion I have for improvement is to end line 12 with a period rather than a comma, and of course, to keep on writing!*Smile*
