| (5.0)| Hi John! The title of this caught my attention, so I had to take a peek. This isn’t what I thought it was going to be, and you have my sincere sympathies over this tragic event. I can certainly understand why you don’t drink. But at the same time it needs to be mentioned that people who DO drink should drink responsibly (i.e., don’t drink and drive). I’ve lost a few friends to drinking and driving, and I’ve also had a DUI. But I no longer drink and drive. Fact is I don’t drive at all anymore (upkeep, gas, insurance, repairs). Plus I don’t think anyone should do something that would impair their ability to driving -or distract from it. I have an opinion piece at the top of my portfolio that I’ve left there for quite a while. It’s received an award, and 99.9% of the people who’ve reviewed it agree with me. Perchance you’d like to read it "Texting And Driving." As for this story itself, great spelling and telling, even if it is a sad subject. Kee ponw ritin gon, John, welcome to WdC, and once again, I’m sorry for your loss. PS-I'm sending most of those GPs back to you. Thank you anyway, but I have more than enough for now, not to mention that seems to me to be way too much for a simple review.
