Hi Lana
I have enjoyed this story full of delightful imagination. A departed person comes back to live the last moments of life with his favorite granddaughter. She must be one rare grandchild for him to convince the angel to wait in the wings to take him back to a higher abode.
Maria's sweet character comes through transparently. Gentle and loving, her joy is painted in well chosen prose.
"“Grandpa! It’s me Maria, your favorite.” She squealed as she stretched out her arms and danced around so her purple nightgown swung around her knees"
This story shows the attachment we have to the departed loved ones and the possibility of somehow meeting them again. Of course much is subject to debate. Belief is beyond that.
Each and every supernatural move is shown in detail. I am awed and feel admiration at the story telling skills of the author.
Fantasy, well delivered.
