My heart felt the sadness, loneliness and feelings of loss, through your words.

*Bird* I'm so sorry about your terrible loss. It is especially difficult when death comes at a time in a relationship when a couple can spend more time together because the children, if there are any, are pretty much grown and doing their own thing. (I saw your Bio and know you are not old and this prose has been dated 2006-07.)

*Dropb* You show the difficulties of moving on and the desire to leave this world of pain and loss; yet you do find a way to get a grip emotionally. You are here, in this writing community, sharing your words, feelings and hopes. In my mind, that's a very healthy way to approach depression./c}

*Cross1* May you be blessed and feel the spirit of her love surrounding you.


Observation

*Vignette2* Your story was quite short, it has room for more of her in it. Her love, passions, favorite things -- what made you smile and brought you joy. That would give the reader an idea of who she was and we'll see her through your eyes. What a lovely tribute to her memory would that be? Perhaps there's been enough time to add to it? However, you do catch the reader's heart with your story as is. *Smile*
