Congratulations on being in "The WDC Angel Army"  Author Spotlight for November! I'm doing this review for the Angel Army as well as "a very Wodehouse challenge" .

Things I Like:

Well, fellow NaNo-er... I appreciate that you tracked your progress, struggles, and successes in a blog. It's a lovely idea! I notice that they are all relatively short entries as well, and who can really blame you there?

I sort of tracked mine in my notebook. Well, to some degree. After seeing your blog though, I wish that I had been more thorough about it. It would have been useful for next year-- if for no other reason than it might have reminded me of how much work it was and to NOT do it next year!

I imagine that this record will be helpful for you next year as well. As part of your October prep, you can look through it and see where you struggled. Going into it with a plan for keeping your motivation up and all of that could be very useful.

Observations & Suggestions:

"One week left to write as much again as what has taken me three weeks to write."

A horrible sort of realization, huh? I've been trying not to even think about how much I've written and how much I have yet to write, but it is impossible not to think these types of thoughts, isn't it? I just hit 40k (a few hundred shy, but close enough). Rather than think about how far I've come and how close I am... all I can think of is trying to write a full 1/5 of the novel in the next two days! Ugh!

Anyway, there hasn't been an entry for a few days. I hope that means that you were too busy finishing your novel to write in your blog about it. You've come so far... you might as well give it your all for the final stretch!

As you said on day 20...

"As much as I have been enjoying NaNo, I really can't wait for it to be over."
