Overall Impression:

Fantastic journey! I always wanted to go with the Ski Club on weekends in high school but never enough money; it's one those things I regret not finding a way to do it. This is an exciting poem with action and motion as well as wonderful description of the slope, and best of all, you've given the thoughts and emotions of the skier. I loved reading it. Was reminded of a friend who went skiing every weekend with hubby except when pregnant...

I could almost feel the cold air swirling over my face as I read the first stanza "Skiers delight, hearing their siren callin'...Up the lift and to the top of the world.." and all the other descriptive words and phrases.

I loved the ending but won't mention it here so someone who reads this review will go to this poem and take the slope alone and feeling the thrill of skiing.
