Prompt: Very few stories are written in the point of view of Second-person because it's hard to pull off. Your challenging prompt today is to write a fictional scary story or poem in *Second-person POV.
*Second-person is "you" as the main character.
Nice work! Your Second-person POV was excellent. I was hoping "you" might escape at the end, but I'm one of those people who always want a happy ending--and that's not really the trend right now, so... Good job!
Do you remember "Choose Your Own Adventure" books from years back? Your tone felt very much like those. Again... nice writing.
I enjoyed the part about the GPS because I have a TomTom and can hear its voice when I read this, lol: The GPS tells you to turn left, but you see no left, only old, abandoned buildings. You slow down as the voice keeps telling you to turn left. Turn left. You stop your SUV and step out.
Best of luck in the contest!
Have a great day and... K e e p on W r i t i n g !
