Hello Carly!

I find it can be hard to get reviews on blogs/journals because this space is all about us and our thoughts. There isn't as much to critique about and it all depends on what you're writing and how someone can relate to it. With that said I wanted to leave a review on your most recent blog entry.

Below is my review of your item beginning with my thoughts on that entry:

Your Journal/Blog
I am focusing this on this entry of yours: "I Don't Have To Be What You Want Me To Be. I'm Free...Open in new Window. where you talk about expectations about being a woman especially in 'child bearing' years which I can relate to absolutely. I've have those expectations put on me by others while I don't do the same to people who chose the opposite path than them. Like the word selfish for choosing something else does get thrown around and that... isn't right. Unfortunately you will have people pulling in many different directions of your hair, how you look, all sorts of things that are essentially you.

" I don't have to be what you want me to be. I'm free to be what I want."~ Muhammad Ali-

I think this quote that started this blog entry says it all. You are free to be whatever you want, and those who get in your way you know what? Ask them to step aside because you should never change your path because of someone else.

Overall Comments
Overall, I enjoyed this first blog entry I read and I relate with what you have to say about the pressures you feel from others to do and be something you aren't drawn to. There will always be people who find something wrong or off, it's just human nature to put your own feelings on someone else. I say just keep on going with where you are and just tell them to bug off, honestly. Thank you for sharing and keep on writing! =D
