Plot: The story begins with a couple in a car. The woman is considering initiating a first kiss with the man who is thirteen years older than her. They have already been on a few dates before this and his age doesn’t matter to her. She amuses and surprises him by asking if she may kiss him. When he agrees, she starts with a kiss on the cheek. He draws her closer and gives her a deeper harder kiss on her mouth. He pulls back and explains to her why their being together is not a good idea. She invites him in so she will have company until her family comes home, explaining she is still having trouble being alone since her bad break up a few weeks before. He stays and they fall asleep in each other’s arms. He wakes her when he hears her family approaching the door. She walks him out to his car, and he suggests they make plans to get together again soon.

Just My Opinion

I enjoyed reading this piece. I thought the bi-play leading up to their first kiss was cute and it made me chuckle. I’ll admit a thirteen-year age difference kind of creeps me out but as long as they’re both consenting adults…
