Title of Work: : Birds of No Feather Don't Flock Together (Short Story, Dark)

Plot:
An intentionally bad story for contest. This story is about people, hyenas and crows.

Scene/Setting:
There is a land that has some strange inhabitants. There are crows that constantly Caw; there are hyenas which constantly laugh; there are people also who seem to be the main food item in the story. The people have decided that, "... After all, if you don’t see, hear or speak you are free from any responsibility of taking any actions. ..." So, they plug up their ears with corks so they don't have to hear the noise the animals make or the crying of their children as they are carried away by the hyenas. The crows do try and warn the people but to no avail. Eventually the crows loose all their feathers and the hyenas try and eat them, but they aren't as tasty as the children so they go back to eating the kids.

Now normally this would be the end of the story, because the hyenas would keep doing what they were doing and get bigger and fatter. The crows would die off because they would not be able to fly and protect themselves. The people would all get eaten by the hyenas. But, it is not the end you would expect. The sea who happily sang all day, got tired of the craziness and engulfed the land killing everything on the land.

Suggestions:
First, I think you thoroughly succeeded. This is the worst story I have ever read, cute, but really bad. I'm thinking of maybe entering something like this, but I can't imagine trying to be intentionally bad. I got a good chuckle. Thanks for writing.
