Overall Impression:

This is a powerful, emotional little poem, dear author. It asks a pertinent question - one that I have often wondered as well.

The world seems to be changing beyond recognition. Humanity most of all. Every time we switch on the news, there is death, and destruction, corruption and lies. It can be easy to get tired of this. To want to give up.

When I feel that way, I remember that there is also goodness and kindness in this world. Many people do love and care. For some reason, that is hardly ever shown. The media think that bad news sells better than positive news, which is a real same. Perhaps if we saw more of the good, it would inspire, rather than us feeling disheartened.

On the technical side of things, this poem reads well. It has a pleasant rhythm and flow. Good use of punctuation. And I like that you allow the capitalisation at the beginning of each line to depend upon the individual sentences of the piece. This perfects the overall clarity and reading experience. Great job!
