Ahoy Elle! It's WDC's 16th Birthday and time to celebrate so here is a review for you!
Your blog rocks and I enjoyed the poems on my first scan through. They drew my attention as that is how my mind works. It is so cool how life and prompts can lead from chat to poetic expression. Magical.
Your introduction is straight forward and I liked that you share about yourself and where you are at! I learned about you right off the bat. The banner is unique and gives the essence of flowing! What a peaceful yet moving vibration.
The structure is simple and well organised with an interesting variety of prompt inspired reflections, life experiences and poetic expressions that all reveal your truth in the moment. The adding of videos and pictures is relevant and not overwhelming.
I really pondered on your entries on Autism as you shared valueable information, which added a teaching element to your blog. The video I had seen before and it is a great choice.
I loved the entry on Heirlooms. Your story is heartfelt and appealing to read with its detail and realism. The love and appreciation for family and memoires shines through vividly. The writing is coherent and kept my interest. The way you describe that table cloth makes it so real and I got the sense of it's value and fragility. I can picture you handling it and the historical lineage of it. I feel like I get to know your family too.
Your response about BLogging is fascinating too. It is so cool that you have kept so many blogs and can see how it can help with recalling the past and seeing progress of who things unfolded. And I could so agree with your idea of reading happy endings. LOL yep, let's keep up beat and yep, I still read romances too especially with a bit of the magical in it, like Nora Roberts work.
Your poetry is so honest with potent intensity. You have a gift for vivid images as in Wings of Chocolate. What a creative image. And in Lunarcy the idea of "savagery scars your polish," is evocative.
I enjoyed my visit to your life as you express it and it was fun getting to know how you think. Your style is honest with emotional, wise, informational and observational voices. Great variety! You have a gift for blogging with passion! Thanks for Being and sharing you so vulnerably.
