Ahh, I just love a sweet love poem written for a long time love! Your poem is classic love poem form, with end rhymes and sentimental verse, perfect for a Valentine's Day card complete with a rose and box of deep, dark, chocolate. My favorite parts are the comparison of young love to your current, more mature love, and I like how you melded two poems into one.
