Hi Prosperous Snow, I really get your frustration with robots on the other end of the phone. We have them here in the UK too, they make you want to scream at times. I'm pleased that you got what you needed in the end but I understand how it drives people mad. Also, as you pointed out, why do you have to give your information twice when you do get to speak to an actual living person. You've got to wonder who they have working for these people sometimes.
