All the opinions in the following review are just that; opinions. ______________________________________________________________________ Hello!  This was such a wonderful piece. It's so heartbreaking at the beginning, but the end really does cast a slightly more hopeful light on the experience. It was a little difficult (painful) for me to read after a point, and I think that's just because I could relate so well to it. There was a part in there that made me tear up just a bit: Inside this tough exterior shell Is a tiny frail girl that’s not doing well Aside from the emotional impact, and the hopeful end, I really liked the execution. The short lines make the poem flow quickly, unhindered by any dissonance in the meter, and the rhyme scheme detracts no focus. This was such a beautiful, well-constructed piece.
