Thanks for submitting this to the MHWA Review Challenge! I missed this response while I was responding to tasks, and it was really interesting to see what element you chose and why.

Your response to the prompt was well thought out, and you made an interesting case for why you chose water (particularly over fire, despite feeling like you have a temper.) My only suggestion would be to include the prompt in there somewhere, perhaps in the form of an author's note? Of course, that's just a personal preference. When I read prompt responses I also like reading the prompts. You did such a good job with the lead in (during your opening sentence) that I suppose the prompt is sort of self-explanatory.

In any case - great job!
