I also used to blow up at people when they pushed my buttons, and although I'm not always able to express myself clearly when I get mad now, I too like to think I've gotten better. Your advice at the end for dealing with anger was very good, and it came across as so genuine after reading about your experiences with anger issues and how you've been able to improve the way that you interact with people.
