Hello!

This is such another wonderfully inventive animal piece (although I'm not sure if the 'cat' part is supposed to be taken literally or not - sometimes with poetry it can be harder to decipher the writer's intention.) I have to admit, it's sadder for me to imagine a purrgatory than a normal purgatory - I want to go live there and cheer up all those cats.

I think you did a great job painting a picture and making the environment seem real, even with the high suspension of disbelief required to buy into the premise.

The one suggestion that I have would be that you consider taking out the final line. I liked the repetition of so many of the verses ending in the word purrgatory, and I think the penultimate line would have made a stronger ending.

Other than that, I thought the piece was purrfect (sorry, I had to! )
